A step too far?

The simple people of Skenja have lived modestly for many years and their lives have consisted of basic pleasures.

However, despite the presence of occasional foreigners, the outside world seemed so far away from the snowy borders of Skenja.

And now the world knows of Skenja, and the people of Skenja are learning about the world. The people are learning of things that before they really didn’t know much of. Travelling to space? The very idea has rocked the nation. Technology and foreign culture seems so accessible now and the people don’t know how to react.

Life may never be the same again for the people of Skenja, but it is up to them to decide if they will change for better or for worse.
