One way is by hand tying the police from properly enforcing the law to keep cities like LA or New York clean for tax payers and normal residents. Spreading misinformation and hate for the men and women in blue. Not managing tax payer's money and running up debt. Wasting money on free handouts and overblown welfare programs and incentives for people to migrate across the border and interstate to live like animals in these big cities streets.
