STATEMENT of the OSEAN Central Administration

In regards to the recent expulsion of the Serranian population of Dimension indian ecumenopolis earth to Great Jenovah and Dakota Territories, the OSEAN Central Administration will carry out an inquiry into the matter under the following limitations:

1. The inquiry will not interfere with normal processes of the government of Ecumenopolis

2. The supreme principle of national sovereignty will be upheld

3. The inquiry will carry out all processes within the space of two months from the date of the publication of this statement

4. The inquiry will compile and publish a final report on its findings to be distributed to the Central OSEAN Administration, the national governments of the Honorable League, and the national government of Ecumenopolis Earth.

Additionally the Central OSEAN Administration shall prohibit military forces external to OSEAN from entering the territories under the jurisdiction of Ecumenopolis, and it shall also prohibit additional inquiries into the situation. However, it has been decided that aid to the government of Ecumenopolis to ensure the safe evacuation of the Serranian population to the nations designated to receive them shall be permitted.
