This is the post that I made just moments ago to get a police bill out of committee and onto the Security Council's floor.

I’m a regional delegate on a different region and I browsed that proposal. It has a good point but here are my problems with it.
1. If I have someone who is stoped based on suspicion who is likely a terrorist and I cannot arrest that tips him off that we are on to him.
2. It fails to define special circumstances.
3. It is on such a controversial topic that it will likely be repealed.
