Regional governments, regional forums and discord servers, festivals, literally any type of event held outside of NS that is part of playing the game and being in an active region is created by the communities

MLs along with other more "orthodox" strains of socialism are not the majority, at least by simple single identity polling. It is probably just that ML has the widest and most respected base of theory that socialists of almost all strains end up drawing from. There have been a lot of left-wing anti-communists talking about the "problem" of most socialists just ending up being MLs either outwardly or with all the ideological positions they hold
