The GPC was where I met my first friends on this site. I was hesitant to vote in favor of the creation of Odrya since I was a GPC loyalist and didn't want the old days I remembered to die. But Odrya was created with my backing and it started as a promising new region. I didn't participate much in the early days but I am proud to have led the region in its 11th hour. Too bad it wasn't able to bounce back from its slump. Now the direct descendant of the GPC has met it's demise as well. How unfortunate.
Should I cancel our embassy since the region is closing?
Also, it's so interesting how regions form. Originally, The West Reborn was The Western Commonwealth, a rightwing region, but they had to flee because they were raided. Now, TWR is combining with Odrya, which itself was a combination of the GPC and some other region that I don't remember the name of, that you probably do, and neither of which were particularly rightwing. Interesting how it all turns out.
Really? I remember it, and it used to be rightwing/libertarian. In fact, whenever Cavisco was in charge of the Western Commonwealth, it was very rightwing.
