Elections for delegate are every month on the 4th. The delegate has complete control over the region during their reign, meaning they can reshuffle their cabinet, change laws and govern the region to their ideals. Elections for other positions are every two months.

To be clear: NO POSITION IS PERMANENT.

When you say complete control, do you mean the delegate can do things even if the other people don’t like it?
