Hello. On behalf of European Union, I would like to inform you about what Free hashimia is complaining about. In the last few months, there have been numerous cases of spam against our region and its delegate, Grobdeutsches reich- these began, perhaps not co-incidentally, with a supposed coup attempt by the nation which immediately founded Conservadom, who have recently recruited on your RMB. The spam, accusing GDR of being a Nazi dictator despite him being popular and legitimate in the eyes of our Constitution, was stepped up again after we broke off relations with Conservadom (with whom relations had become quite friendly as it denied any influence in the more base spam that followed the initial attack), and culminated in the arrival a week or so ago of Free Hashimia. Free Hashimia immediately started endorsing everyone in the region, but acted in a friendly manner. Suspicions were aroused when, in a TG, he referred to GDR as 'GBR'- the misspelling used by the spammers and nobody else. When prodded about his excessive endorsements, he gave an IC excuse and then became defensive after more active nations began to de-endorse him. After disappearing for several days, he returned after claiming that the 'concerns' of another bout of spam had compelled him to withdraw his endorsement of GDR. This, combined with the endorsement of a few inactive nations (who are either supporters of Free Hashimia or were simply encouraged by his rhetoric), made him the delegate. In this exchange, he posted entirely IC on the generally OOC RMB and did not raise his concerns on the offsite forum, bizarrely claiming that posting IC on the RMB was part of his nation's culture. He then changed the Commission and the Court of Justice (the elected governments of the EU, over whom the delegate has NO power (in fact it's the converse), and password-protected the region. The active nations of the EU rallied around GDR and within 12 hours Free Hashimia was out, with order restored. Free Hashimia was banjected for reasons that I'm sure are now obvious to all of you. Then the stooges who endorsed him to make him delegate suddenly started to attack GDR, and even tried to get WA condemnations of GDR and of the EU. This has, worryingly, caused some inactive nations to at least partially take on board Free Hashimia's false claims, and has of course caused massive disruption to our usually friendly region. Although your size makes you more immune to this, I'd implore you to keep an eye on Free Hashimia, lest he try the same with you. At the very least, please do not allow yourselves to be taken in by his false propaganda. Thank you, and apologies for the length of this message. |
