Yes that is also average for us, or maybe a couple days community service depending on what it was. If it was bigger than of course the punishments vary

Exactly what I meant, I don’t think people who commit a medium theft need to be rehabilitated unless they show sighs of not being mentally stable, but I don’t run his country

or (2x)-(9y)=(2x-9y)
