Near our borders and you can essentially set up resource mines there and use them to get resources in your mainland. They can even be used as Naval bases, anything you want.

Yes! Although Libamar will be a nuisance and violate the treaty like they have done a billion times with others. So let's just be extremely safe since they will most likely violate this too. So its better to let them be a part of us.

We had a war with Libamar, Silveric, and Germane. We won and split Libamar between us, Silveric and Germane will have different governments installed that will have good diplomacy with us, and Ronavald and Ambaskow helped us.
