Rationale & Analysis
Promoting Ethnic and Cultural Equality has achieved what previous attempts have failed to do - develop a workable and incredibly detailed proposal to prohibit discrimination based on inherent characteristics tied to an individual's culture, ethnicity, or race. It balances protections for individuals with the need for member states to allow for affirmative action programs to undo systemic and historical discriminatory practices and systems. The proposal does so with some of the most dense and unwieldy language we've seen in a proposal in a long while; however, it serves the important purpose of protecting individuals and promoting equality with detailed legal language that would be challenging for bad actors to violate. For that, it deserves our support.
As such, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs has directed Kethania to vote FOR Promoting Ethnic and Cultural Equality, and urges the Bloc's World Assembly nations to do the same.

Hi there, I don't see the necessity for an injunction at this time. We have an executive delegate, we have a liberation resolution and due to influence in the region, we remain strong against invasions.
