The Constitution of URSS is a fundamental part of the region's governance. All members and citizens of the URSS shall obey the Constitution of the URSS.

A member who wish to be a citizen must post the following in the Regional Message Board (RMB for short):
We, [nation name], pledged to affirm our obedience and respect to the Region and Constitution, and encourage cooperation with other like-minded nations here, to build a region with democratic values,with an atmosphere of friendship, unity, and happiness.
The region is primarily a role-playing region. We are extremely neutral towards either the raiders or defenders. There are many role-playing tools that can be found here.

If you want a spot in the map, just telegram either Cybertechnologies corporation or Ujang. Your request must come with the name of your capital city.It may take some time, but they will ensure that the map will be up to date.

There are some alliances formed in the URSS universe, particularly between close-minded nations. Those alliances may be based on political, military or trade. Current list of alliances can be found here:

The Grand Army of The United Republic works to protect The U.R.S.S. in case of total war. More information can be found here:

Currently, the URSS are preparing to reform their government structure. The reform can be read in the Constitution of the URSS. It will be official once all the member nations accepted the reform.
But basically, the URSS' top echelon are dominated by the Founder and the WA Delegate. The Founder is Alaskan democratic federative republic, and the current WA Delegate is Sangheilios ii.

URSS has a unique system as a region with political parties. Every citizen can found or join a political party, or run as an independent in the regional elections. The list of political parties can be found here:

The URSS News Agency is an initiative by 
Mierria in order to establish a newspaper for the entire region. This newspaper is sent via mass telegram to the entire region. Any nation who wished to send a news report, a joke, or suggesting a Nation of the Week may contact Mierria.
