[center][font=timesnewroman][size=125]The Constitution of URSS is a fundamental part of the region's governance. All members and citizens of the URSS shall obey the Constitution of the URSS.[/size]

[center][font=timesnewroman][size=125]Currently, the URSS are preparing to reform their government structure. The reform can be read in the Constitution of the URSS. It will be official once all the member nations accepted the reform.
But basically, the URSS' top echelon are dominated by the Founder and the WA Delegate. The Founder is [nation]Alaskan Democratic Federative Republic[/nation], and the current WA Delegate is [nation]Sangheilios II[/nation].[/font][/size][/center]

This newspaper is sent via mass telegram to the entire region. Any nation who wished to send a news report, a joke, or suggesting a Nation of the Week may contact [nation]Mierria[/nation].
