The Colony of TWR33 is a titanic, genial nation, renowned for its compulsory military service and irreverence towards religion. The democratic population of 17.87 billion TWR33ians hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

The relatively small government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Education, and Defense. The average income tax rate is 16.1%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but inefficient TWR33ian economy, worth 691 trillion Citas a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Furniture Restoration industry, with major contributions from Woodchip Exports, Book Publishing, and Trout Farming. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 38,717 Citas, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.1 times as much as the poorest.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. TWR33's national animal is the Vippertooth Dragon.

TWR33 is ranked 244,870^th in the world and 1^st in The War Room for Highest Average Tax Rates, with 16.13 Effective Tax Rate.
