The Eldorian Nation-State of Setstar is a colossal, genial nation, ruled by Dawson Shank with an even hand, and renowned for its ubiquitous missile silos, sprawling nuclear power plants, and keen interest in outer space. The compassionate, hard-working, devout population of 4.046 billion Setstarians enjoy some of the most opulent lifestyles in the region, unless they are unemployed or working-class, in which case they are variously starving to death or crippled by easily preventable diseases.

The medium-sized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Education, and Industry. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Wetzl. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 26.2%.

The all-consuming Setstarian economy, worth 405 trillion demiagans a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Information Technology industry, with major contributions from Gambling, Tourism, and Retail. Average income is an impressive 100,113 demiagans, with the richest citizens earning 8.3 times as much as the poorest.

Kids' party bags often contain candy and e-cigarettes, citizens can only enjoy the splendor of the natural world in designated 'Majesty Appreciation' zones, sleep-deprived officials are known to collapse after late night revision for their examinations, and the Violetist community celebrates bombshells being dropped on Setstar. Crime is almost non-existent, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Setstar's national animal is the Skink, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Christian Science.

Setstar is ranked 78,066^th in the world and 13^th in Federation of Eldoria for Highest Drug Use, scoring 220.3 on the Pineapple Fondness Rating.
