The Sin Archbishop of Regulus Corneas is a titanic, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service, suspicion of poets, and devotion to social welfare. The devout population of 12.145 billion Witch Cultists have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The enormous government prioritizes Healthcare, with Education, Welfare, and Spirituality also on the agenda. The average income tax rate is 75.7%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The Regulus Corneasian economy, worth 621 trillion florins a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector is led by the Book Publishing industry, with major contributions from Furniture Restoration, Door-to-door Insurance Sales, and Cheese Exports. Average income is 51,200 florins, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Regulus Corneas's national animal is the White Whale, which frolics freely in the nation's sparkling oceans.

Regulus Corneas is ranked 23,812^th in the world and 9^th in The Invaders for Highest Average Tax Rates, with 75.7 Effective Tax Rate.
