The MT Army Protector of NO33 is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, notable for its compulsory military service, punitive income tax rates, and devotion to social welfare. The democratic population of 29.379 billion NO33ians love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

The enormous, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Education, and Healthcare. The average income tax rate is 68.0%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The large but underdeveloped NO33ian economy, worth 672 trillion Citas a year, is highly specialized and led by the Basket Weaving industry, with significant contributions from Arms Manufacturing, Door-to-door Insurance Sales, and Trout Farming. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 22,899 Citas, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. NO33's national animal is the Vippertooth Dragon, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies.

NO33 is ranked 215,642^nd in the world and 1^st in The confederation of no for Largest Publishing Industry, scoring zero on the Bella Potter Productivity e-Index.
