Overview

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the tropical islands of Kauai were freed from their rule. The Kauai islands had been used as a tropical military base by the Soviets, who oppressed the Kauaian people. Now freed from communist rule, the people of Kauai have agreed on two things:

- The return of native spirituality and traditions
- Handing the government over to the heir of the old king (Ke alii)

The new Ke alii has been educated and living in exile in the The Bowtie Consensus. He has started rule as a absolute monarch, but has promise a lot of changes in the future.
