The Federation of Jecaidal is a huge, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its irreverence towards religion. The hard-working, democratic population of 537 million Jecaidalians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The relatively small government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Education, and Healthcare. The average income tax rate is 16.7%.

The Jecaidalian economy, worth 26.1 trillion caidias a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Pizza Delivery industry, with major contributions from Door-to-door Insurance Sales, Information Technology, and Cheese Exports. Average income is 48,542 caidias, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 4.2 times as much as the poorest.

Crime is relatively low. Jecaidal's national animal is the panther, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Jecaidal is ranked 124,907^th in the world and 120^th in Eurth for Highest Disposable Incomes, with 40,435.87 Standard Monetary Units.
