The August Commonwealth of Heredation is a titanic, cultured nation, ruled by Michelle Ril with an even hand, and renowned for its keen interest in outer space, daily referendums, and pith helmet sales. The compassionate, cheerful population of 15.588 billion Heredites are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

The enormous, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Education, Administration, and Healthcare. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Arebreak. The average income tax rate is 95.1%.

The frighteningly efficient Heredite economy, worth a remarkable 2,090 trillion Casteses a year, is highly specialized and led by the Information Technology industry, with major contributions from Book Publishing and Tourism. State-owned companies are common. Average income is an impressive 134,117 Casteses, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Families make most of their annual income from government benefits, the government is hoping that medical aid will speak louder than human rights abuses, the musical cognoscenti insist the national anthem just isn't the same without a double contrabass flute, and badminton was recently banned due to 'unacceptable violence' inherent to the game. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Heredation's national animal is the Falcon, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies, and its national religion is Atheism.

Heredation is ranked 318,481^st in the world and 759^th in NationStates for Highest Disposable Incomes, with 6,571.77 Standard Monetary Units.
