This is a puppet nation. Its goal is to produce a most horrific and terrifying dystopia. For example: every aspect of society will be under tight control, the citizens will be split into castes, the climate will be deliberately made toxic, excessive punishments will befall any that steps out of line, the mandatory state religion will have the nation's supreme leader as its only deity, and constant wars of conquest and destruction will be fought to subject as many people as possible into this societal nightmare.
