The State of Guellah is a gargantuan, socially progressive nation, ruled by the Governor with a fair hand, and notable for its burgeoning deer population. The hard-nosed, hard-working, democratic population of 38.006 billion Guellahians hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

The medium-sized, liberal, outspoken government prioritizes Education, although Healthcare, Welfare, and Law & Order are also considered important, while Defense and Spirituality are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Westminster. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 17.1%.

The very strong Guellahian economy, worth a remarkable 1,239 trillion betales a year, is quite specialized and led by the Soda Sales industry, with major contributions from Cheese Exports, Pizza Delivery, and Retail. Average income is 32,617 betales, with the richest citizens earning 6.8 times as much as the poorest.

Guellah has designated Westminster as its capital city, the Governor has just been declared ruler of Guellah in an international press conference, a major religion has been named as Guellah's national religion, and citizens may cast their vote over the internet or phone. Crime is moderate. Guellah's national animal is the deer, which can occasionally be seen sifting through garbage in the nation's cities.

Guellah is ranked 17,876^th in the world and 29^th in State for Largest Cheese Export Sector, scoring 5,951.35 on the Mozzarella Productivity Index.
