The Authoritarian Empire of GreatBritainTEA is a massive, efficient nation, ruled by Sir Britannia with an iron fist, and renowned for its strictly enforced bedtime, state-planned economy, and ban on automobiles. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 1.434 billion Greatteanians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The medium-sized, corrupt, well-organized government prioritizes Defense, although Education, Law & Order, and Administration are also considered important, while Spirituality receives no funds. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of GBT. The average income tax rate is 91.4%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Greatteanian economy, worth 314 trillion Great Quid a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is an enormous, deeply entrenched, broadly diversified black market in Arms Manufacturing, Information Technology, Book Publishing, and Uranium Mining. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is an amazing 219,436 Great Quid, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

One does not simply walk into the tundra, selling advanced CPUs to anti-Greatteanian terrorists is no chip on the government's shoulders, a small country is wondering where their capitol building's gold dome went, and the Hanging Gardens account for half of GBT's water use. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. GreatBritainTEA's national animal is the European Badger, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its national religion is Atheism.

GreatBritainTEA is ranked 74,830th in the world and 171st in Saint Osmund for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring 3,051.17 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
