The Holy Empire of Drussian is a mammoth, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Nicole II with an iron fist, and notable for its frequent executions, compulsory military service, and prohibition of alcohol. The hard-nosed, cynical, devout population of 9.956 billion Drussianians are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The enormous, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Education. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Tratkovisk. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 84.4%.

The frighteningly efficient Drussianian economy, worth a remarkable 1,055 trillion Rublos a year, is led by the Tourism industry, with significant contributions from Arms Manufacturing, Retail, and Automobile Manufacturing. State-owned companies are common. Average income is an impressive 106,039 Rublos, with the richest citizens earning 8.2 times as much as the poorest.

The government has declared its commitment to multilateralism, Nicole II's opponents have adopted dogs to chase away the mailman, delivery truck companies use hospital parking lots to store 16-wheelers, and the well-off amuse themselves by organizing upstairs-downstairs stories within their second homes. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Drussian's national animal is the Bear, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Orthodox Christianity.

Drussian is ranked 17,983^rd in the world and 6^th in Krillin for Lowest Crime Rates, with 96.45 law-abiding acts per hour.
