The Colony of Crusaders33 is a titanic, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service and irreverence towards religion. The democratic population of 11.657 billion Crusaders33ians hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

The relatively small government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Education, and Defense. The average income tax rate is 10.6%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but inefficient Crusaders33ian economy, worth 518 trillion Citas a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Basket Weaving industry, with major contributions from Trout Farming, Book Publishing, and Pizza Delivery. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 44,418 Citas, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.1 times as much as the poorest.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. Crusaders33's national animal is the Vippertooth Dragon.

Crusaders33 is ranked 198,840^th in the world and 1^st in Crusaders for Most Rebellious Youth, scoring -4 on the Stark-Dean Displacement Index.
