The Moldy Cheese of Blue Wolf is a gargantuan, orderly nation, renowned for its complete lack of prisons and punitive income tax rates. The hard-working, cynical population of 32.496 billion Blue Wolfians are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The government — a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked, moralistic, well-organized morass — juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Law & Order, and Social Policy. The average income tax rate is 69.1%.

The strong Blue Wolfian economy, worth 832 trillion Spines a year, is extremely specialized and solely comprised of the Cheese Exports industry. Black market activity is notable. Average income is 25,623 Spines, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 4.4 times as much as the poorest.

Crime is moderate, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. Blue Wolf's national animal is the Rabid Raccoon.

Blue Wolf is ranked 122,400^th in the world and 1^st in Invaders Army for Most Advanced Law Enforcement, scoring 1,998.68 on the Orwell Orderliness Index.
