The District of Beluu is a titanic, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by privy council chairman with an even hand, and notable for its irreverence towards religion. The hard-nosed population of 22.638 billion Beluuans have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The relatively small government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Welfare, and Healthcare. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of District City. The average income tax rate is 15.0%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but inefficient Beluuan economy, worth 934 trillion Juno aurums a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Tourism industry, with major contributions from Beef-Based Agriculture, Cheese Exports, and Pizza Delivery. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 41,299 Juno aurums, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.5 times as much as the poorest.

Beluu has designated District City as its capital city, Privy council chairman has just been declared ruler of Beluu in an international press conference, the government's official stance on religion is that it is so very silly, and almost all products in Beluu are hand-crafted due to strict employment laws. Crime is relatively low. Beluu's national animal is the quick pink fox, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Beluu is ranked 183,472^nd in the world and 1^st in Palau for Highest Disposable Incomes, with 35,104.4 Standard Monetary Units.
