The Bannorn of Alcida is a colossal, socially progressive nation, ruled by Bann Jorala vas Kynah with a fair hand, and renowned for its compulsory military service. The compassionate, hard-working, democratic population of 4.358 billion Alcidans hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

The relatively small government prioritizes Welfare, with Education, Healthcare, and Law & Order also on the agenda, while Administration and Industry aren't funded at all. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Halina. The average income tax rate is 10.6%.

The Alcidan economy, worth 225 trillion kamas a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Information Technology industry, with major contributions from Pizza Delivery, Cheese Exports, and Beef-Based Agriculture. Average income is 51,779 kamas, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 3.6 times as much as the poorest.

A suspicious number of John Smiths are known to donate to Alcidan politicians, Alcidans caught jaywalking often have their houses seized by the police, the national guard is mobilized whenever a mother gets separated from her child at the mall, and Members of Parliament are often found living in cardboard boxes. Crime, especially youth-related, is almost non-existent. Alcida's national animal is the snow bear, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Maumiqism.

Alcida is ranked 239,530^th in the world and 9^th in Sarnor for Most Advanced Law Enforcement, scoring 1,018.83 on the Orwell Orderliness Index.
