Not really? It doesn't affect the other nation, like some other acts would. It's commenting on a thing, that should be canon and I personally don't see an issue with it.

EDIT: Of course planning and coordinating stuff with the other guy never hurts...

Do as you like, just trying to impart information to you. You might also want to rethink parts of your constitution. You have it where only two people can run for an office, how does that work, first come first in? Also your Vice-President can be elected at 32, but your president has to be 37 to be eligible, what happens if your president dies and the VP is only 35, he wouldn’t be constitutional legal to take over as Ministret. Might want the eligibility of both be identical.

That is an exception if the Ministint dies
