Basically, in the back, there is a bundle of tools (from left to right), being a sword, a pickaxe, a hammer, and a sickle. On top of this tool bundle is a cherry blossom (make sure this blossom is big, it's a central focus of the seal).

And just above it all, have a mural crown (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mural_crown), and nested just within it, a normal crown (something like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crown#/media/File:Kroon_van_Nederland.jpg).

Is that understandable, or is a sketch needed?
