Nah, the closet thing we got to someone like that is the Supreme Ruler but he is not above federal law and is elected by the Imperial Senate for life but can be impeach

Still Protaly doesn’t seem very concerned about civil rights and their leader is against the DDC so it doesn’t surprise me they aren’t exactly outraged about some auths
