Urelia, Visois Population: 789,632 Urelia is the third largest city in the nation. It is known for its historic roots and numbers of orchestral halls. It is known as the “Orchestral Capital of the UEC”.

The reason we bring up Oblemiya's cultural and political stances and their historical relations with the rest of the Empire is because their most dominant political party, the so called 'Western Liberation There have also been allegations that a recent Oblemiyan-Independence protest turned violent riot, resulting in at least 25 injuries with 2 in critical care, has been funded or organized by the WLP. Although the WLP has denied any wrongdoing or involvement in the riot, the Imperial Investigation Delegation says that links between the WLP and the riot are 'very likely'. A core concern for many, however, is regarding the very nationalist and reactionary, and even authoritarian sentiments the WLP manifests in their supporters, and the fear is that should Oblemiya ever gain independence, the WLP is likely to stage a consolidation of power in Oblemiya to establish a reactionary authoritarian regime, and a potentially psuedo-fascist one as well. Because of these concerns, the Emperor has stated that 'for the best interests of not only the stability and prosperity of the Empire's Union, but for the well being of the people of Oblemiya in specific, we intend to launch investigations to deduce the threat that the WLP may pose to the union or liberty, and apply the proper solution.
