Introduction Hello to all the South Pacific residents!
I can bet that most of you love food, after all, who doesn't?
So I decided it would be a good idea to hold what I call Culinary Contest of the South Pacific, where those who wish can submit culinary recipes that they like. Now, let's go to the rules:
1. Theme For each new contest, the Minister of Culture, or equivalent, will select the theme they prefer. The current theme is: typical national/regional food! There are no restrictions on the type, it can range from a simple sweet to a complex recipe, but remember: people will judge!
2. Subscription Those who want to participate in the contest must describe it in a dispatch and ping me in it. In this dispatch there must be: a. the name of the dish and its country/region; b. an image of the dish; c. a brief description explaining its cultural significance; d. clear instructions about how the dish is prepared, including preparation method and ingredients. Only one recipe per person is allowed!
3. Judgement The judgment will be made by the TSP residents themselves, through voting through a poll on the region, similar to what happens in SwanVision!
4. Prizes The three winners will have their main nations listed in the region's world factbook, with their respective titles: 1st place: Chef de Cuisine 2nd place: Sous Chef 3rd place: Chef de Partie As a way to congratulate them and to serve as an inspiration to other people. Additionally, your recipes will be placed in what I call the "Cookbook of the South Pacific", which will record in detail the three finalist recipes. Of course there will be another factbook recording all the contestants, don't worry! The last prize is, drum roll... choosing the next poll in the region! As long as it is appropriate (PG-13 and nothing really personal), anything can be asked!IMPORTANT: THE DEADLINE WILL BE EXACTLY TEN (10) DAYS! STARTING TODAY, MAY 5TH, AND GOING UNTIL MAY 15TH!
Final Considerations I hope to see everyone participating! That's all. Good luck everyone!
Read dispatch Just 8? C'mon, you can do better than this, guys!!!
