Quick lesson then, TWP does it’s own thing. You probably popped in at the wrong time. I find when going to a new rmb, it’s always best to just introduce yourself and say hi before questioning region policy. If you really want to participate there, I suggest waiting a day or so, then telegram whoever banned you, ask politely if they can lift the ban.
