1. The North Pacific Gameside Advocates and attached court system are beyond reform. We do not request reform, we demand abolition. We demand that the Regional Assembly and the Delegate defund and abolish the North Pacific Gamside Advocates and the attached Criminal Justice Apparatus. This means 100% of funding, including existing pensions for former GAs. At an equal level of priority, we also demand that the city disallow the operations of the UDL in the region of The North Pacific.
2. We demand reparations for victims of gameside advocate brutality, in a form to be determined.
3. We demand that the Region of TNP and the Delegate's Government revoke any ban of a nation currently serving time for a spam-related offense and expunge the related conviction.
4. We demand an end to the politically- and racially-motivated prosecution of Pigeonstan, and their immediate release and that reparations in the form of birdseed be offered.
5. We demand an increase in the funding given over to artistically inspire-NPA tag raiding, and that the NPA cease being deployed to TNP to suppress the free gathering of endorsements in the region.

Until these demands are met, the RMB shall be occupied as The Northern Zone of Autonomous Peoples, or TN-ZAP.
