Okay, lets talk about this. If the friends server is hosted by him on his own machine then the report system/ban wont apply there. Also you are saying that report system will automatically ban you which is not true. According to microsoft there is a moderation process where they review the evidence. Buying servers/paying for servers exists because you are using Microsofts/Mojangs servers. They don't have a P2P system where they can use your machine as the server like in CSGO, Old CODs, or many other games.

Again, you wont be banned just cause someone reported you. Like in NS, if someone reports you the moderators review it before handing out a punishment.

Yes, they do check. Checked by a human. Which I can only tell will fail in a few years or so when the fake acting reports, actual fake reports, and various others.

Also their implemented reasons for reporting is slightly vague, like some of them shouldn’t be even on.

Though I do believe Bedrock had something related to that 2 years back, people did not like that.
I don’t expect them to like it again.
