Pinguioris wrote: Is ketchup technically frosting with how much sugar is in it?Nope, frosting is an icing used to devorate the cake, or give it more taste.

Is spaghetti a stew because of the noodle to sauce ratio?

M90 close assault weapon system wrote: WHAT!? I’ve been chowing on that stuff almost twice every week!Dang lifestyle choices According to the Supreme Court of Ireland the bread in Subway qualifies as cake due to how much sugar and calories it has.

Polotsk rus wrote: Is Subway bread technically cake due to how much sugar and calories is in the bread?Cake is an item of soft sweet food made from a mixture of flour, fat, eggs, sugar, and other ingredients, baked and sometimes iced or decorated. I never was to Subway, so I can't tell if their bread is soft or sweet, but I believe it is not.

Pinguioris wrote: And ketchup can't perform those duties?Well, technically molten steel can also perform these duties. It's the "technically" word that counts. Ketchup is not commonly used to perform these duties, as is molten steel, so ketchup is not an icing, nor a frosting.

Ketchup can make a slightly liquidy red frosting on a cake. Adds flavor? Check. Decorative? Check. I don't see the issue...?
