Following a hostile raid of The Wooloo Pact by members of Krasnaya, a short war broke out involving the allies of The Region of Eastern Europe and The Wooloo Pact, and Krasnaya,

Noting that to initiate said war, H Douglas, the leader of Krasnaya made the hostile comment "You will burn" directed towards the leader of The Region of Eastern Europe, Yazakhastan,

Dismayed that members of The Stroyaviski, Krasnaya's military, infiltrated The Region of Eastern Europe while peace was being discussed,

Acknowledging that Krasnaya has since agreed to negotiate peace, out of interest of avoiding unnecessary bloodshed,

The Region of Eastern Europe and its allies hereby declare the following terms for peace:

1) Krasnaya must accept consequences for the crimes they have committed,
1a) Said crimes include:
- Raiding The Wooloo Pact
- Disturbing regional peace
- Inciting war

2) Krasnaya must avoid individual or regional war for a period of one month,
2a) In the event that a region or nation unrelated to this treaty incites war with Krasnaya, Krasnaya may seek permission from The Wooloo Pact, The Region of Eastern Europe and their allies, to engage in war,

3) Krasnaya must allow a puppet nation from The Region of Eastern Europe and The Wooloo Pact to reside in their region for one month,
3a) The puppets are expected to be informed about all region wide actions taken by Krasnaya,
3b) The puppets are expected to be treated as equal and valuable members of Krasnaya,

4) Krasnaya must implement consequences for any nation who goes rogue and engages in activities such as raiding and disrupting the peace,
4a) Consequences can include, but are not limited to:
- Ejection/ban from the region
- Removal of government position
- Dismissal from Stroyaviski

5) Krasnaya must halt all activity by the Stroyaviski, including recruitment and training, for a period of one month,
5a) Puppet nations within the Stroyaviski or The Stroyaviski Training Grounds must remain inactive, except for responding to national issues,

6) Krasnaya must agree to never raid or go to war with The Wooloo Pact, The Region of Eastern Europe or any of their allies,

7) Krasnaya must remove any remaining puppets from The Wooloo Pact, The Region of Eastern Europe and any of their allies,

8) Krasnaya must never move any puppets back into The Wooloo Pact, The Region of Eastern Europe or any of their allies, without permission,

In Return, The Wooloo Pact, The Region of Eastern Europe and their allies agree to:

1) Remove any dispatches that negatively portray Krasnaya or members of Krasnaya,

2) Never raid or go to war with Krasnaya,

Closing:

Any violation of the terms stated above by any of the regions that signed below will result in this treaty becoming void. This treaty applies for forever, unless future discussions result in its dismissal.
