We also ask that you would allow us to establish a small settlement near to your nation so that we may better protect and integrate our people’s. Even if this is not so we thank you for your delegate and the chance of opportunity we think could change our world. For this opportunity we thank you and as a measure of gratitude we have begun the building of a suitable location of housing for larger beings, including that of your dragon people’s.

Dear President Alejandro de Gran Yucanoa,
We do not oppose the establishment of such a settlement in principle; it would be a great thing to bind our nations so closely. But no solid relationship is built by rushing recklessly ahead.
We have not yet seen the results of the university exchange program. If the program is successful in fostering harmony between small groups of our respective peoples, the Congregation will be glad to host a larger group of Gran Yucanoans near or even in our blessed land.
