"Our enemies have been reduced to glass" says a senior general. The war was brief yet devastating. At least 12% of all dunes in the Great Unistan Desert no longer exist.

Before I was saying that if it was based off of players, then ten people with 20 different Valsora nations each could form this super-mega-huge-op alliance of 200 nations that would only count as ten and thus fit the rules.

I'm not saying this will happen, but some similar way to exploit it is bound to occur.
