Lazarus cannot and will not establish embassies with The Communist Bloc if content from the Communist Region's forum were in any way damaged. You guys might be new to the game, so I figure you don't realize this, but deleting forum material and/or making inappropriate use of the ADMIN Control Panel on a forum is highly frowned upon within the game's politically important regions and military powers. If you did in fact delete forum materials I'd urge you to do what you can to rectify the mistake and to apologize for doing so: a civil secession is preferable to hostilities, and the unauthorized deletion of a forum's materials are never justified.
