2 decs of the newly named Protectorate of the galaxies fleet are being sent straight off of the newly finished Vooperian space station. While in fact that the space station is always prepared it just needs the planet to rotate until it can strike. While that happens our hover carriers are already filled with 10 decs each (5 hover carriers) they just need the order to send out the jets and deploy the men. This will be a quick and easy war.

I will only use the space station as a WMD. As being that it isn't nuclear.

Anyone who has more than 400 technological advancement is assumed to be able to stop any terrestrial weapon. That means you and Ultior are the only two who can have nuclear warhead disabling weapons.

Age accurate. Reduce population by 1000 (so, if you have 1 billion, now you have 1 million), to keep with the times.

Tech (scientific advancement):
0-50 : Wooden and stone - Clubs and Spears
50-100 : Early Metalworking - Bronze weapons, bows
100-200: Advanced Metalworking - Iron weapons, Ballistae and Onagers
200-300: Expert Metalworking - Plate armors, Steel weapons, crossbows, trebuchets
300-450 : Early gunpowder - Matchlock handcannons
450+ : Renaissance gunpowder - Flintlock, rifling, small cannons

Even with top tech, let's keep it below Napoleonic Wars (meaning no large cannons, mortars or other artillery). Melee combat is still king, since most firearms are not all that reliable.

They did have bayonets, but you had to remove it if you wanted to reload it fast. All weapons were front-reloaded back then.
