First, a region means somekind of an alliance. We actually have a Discord server (Do you know Discord..?) which u can access through that message set in your telegram. We have a map, and if you join Discord, you can choose where you want your nation to be located in the map.
Then there is that option called World Assembly in the left side of the screen, which is basically the United Nations. You can sign up for the United nations by clicking on the join button which is on the top, and vote for certain topics, such as protection of journalists.
If u didnt know, you can make laws by clicking on 'issues' which is next to the notices and telegrams button.The Notices button is basically notifications if you've got a new issue, or if you've got a message from someone else.The telegrams button is basically the messenger. The 'Dossier' is a contact book. 'Activity' is just your history.
The World button on the left side is just a place to show who is the most peaceful, or who is the most authoritarian.
