Yes you do, especially with this new war, which as I have proved many times that it's expensive. Also, it's debt because you refuse to pay the fines, you still owe the money. You can't just not recognise it.
I have a lot of income, to tell you, so yes, while I do have debt, it's manageable also I have already addressed the GIF debt in another post.
I never thought i’d see the day where a nation with a billion people to upkeep with socialist works and benefits, that has taught multiple wars in recent memory including a devastating civil one and exhausting their entire nuclear arsenal, that has a space fleet 40% the size of 2 SPACE nations combined that are entirely dedicated to their fleets, along with a 15 million strong army of all personnel that need to be paid, would come after an intentionally low upkeep, minimal population, guild system society with barely a monetary concept for their finances.

The international community is fining you due to orbital bombardment, use of space weapons that have ruptured the ear drums of millions and for releasing super human soldiers that can crush soldiers but haven't passed a psychological test to the battlefield

That 1.2 billion population pays taxes you know? Also there aren't any space nations you know? I have less spaceships than you do. The devastating civil war was decades ago. It would suprise you to know that managing your resources well and limiting corruption would allow you to afford many things. I thought that we already explained how I manage everything in my nation in a previous post.

Just because we don't know any SI corruption scandals doesn't mean they don't exist. Also after that scandal we introduced more anti corruption laws which wouldn't have been introduced if there was a lot of corruption
