Also holy crap I remembered making this post I've immersed myself fully in Star Trek again after a 3 year hiatus, and have discovered Picard isn't very good. It's grimdark, it feels nothing like TNG, and on top of that they butchered Picard.
Solid recommendation: It's a NO from me.
