How the League Works

All Races will be split up into 3 stages (besides the Lanecaster 600, which has 4). At the end of Stage 1 and Stage 2, the Top 10 drivers will receive points. First will receive 10, second will receive 9, and so on. At the end of Stage 3, which is the end of the race, all drivers will receive points based on position. Points will be awarded based on the amount of drivers in the race and can also be seen below.

The Top 16 Racers at the end of the Regular Season will make it into the first round of playoffs. The playoffs will consist of 7 Races. There will be two races per round (Round of 16, Round of 12, Round of 8) until we are left with the Final where there will be 4 drivers, and this will be only one race. The driver who places the highest will win the Region Name Automotive Cup. All drivers will still race in the playoffs even if they did not make it.

The Funky Dance Party of Minimark

I might be about 15 minutes late to the debate tonight if thats all right

The Funky Dance Party of Minimark

Im here Pius desurongcrandis

Pius desurongcrandis

The Rogue Nation of Overlord Hellerer

Can you please tell us how you intend to improve Region Name as the WA Delegate. Can you also give us a few reasons why we can trust you to be the WA Delegate.

Pius desurongcrandis

Overlord Hellerer wrote:Can you please tell us how you intend to improve Region Name as the WA Delegate. Can you also give us a few reasons why we can trust you to be the WA Delegate.

First thing we need to focus on is Recruitment, I will work with the Speaker to come up with ways to recruit members in Region Name. 2nd is to start putting ourselves out more, getting into Alliances like the URA (not exactly the URA) to get our name out on the Global Scale which might help with Recruitment. 3. Is to give support to Committee moderators to help the Committees provide strong programming

The Funky Dance Party of Minimark

I plan to improve Region Name by using my powers as delegate to the fullest. I believe at some point legislating a good RP environment has to stop and I am here to say: it stops here. I will hope I can make changes as a person instead of forcing an overarcing beuarcracy down peoples throats. But the Delegate doesn't have much legislative power, you may think. I however believe as Delegate, you are the face of the Region. You represent its values on a foriegn level and are its most critical leader. You also have the power to enforce laws.

This might seem like a loose collection of ideas but these are all beliefs of mine. But also as delegate, I will focus on the future of Region Name. No longer will we be reactive but proactive. We will pursue relations with as many regions as possible. We will bring people from across the world to Nationstates, not just our typical place of getting people. I will lead the greatest expansion of the Region imaginable, and bring many new ideas to the Region. But I will remain its figurehead, and I will use my powers to better the future.

Mundane

Pius desurongcrandis

I would like to point out that you might find it hard to trust me after my 1st term as WA Delegate, but I will learn from my mistakes to make the Region Stronger and working with Speaker Mundane

The Republic of Great Patrick

Both of you have been known to not handle leadership in the region in the most reliable fashion. How do you plan to remedy that if you are elected this time?

Aera ninel

Great Patrick wrote:Both of you have been known to not handle leadership in the region in the most reliable fashion. How do you plan to remedy that if you are elected this time?

Like I said I will learn from my mistakes and also work with the citizens of the Region, I would like to listen to what you the people of the region say. I have learned alot about leadership in the past year and I will bring what I learn here.

Aera ninel

How supportive are both of you in the advancement and spread of Marxist-Ninelian theory?

The Funky Dance Party of Minimark

Great Patrick wrote:Both of you have been known to not handle leadership in the region in the most reliable fashion. How do you plan to remedy that if you are elected this time?

My only crime is my passion to for the Region, if you consider that a crime. Whenever I left office, it was because I thought somebody could do better. However this time that will not be the case. I have no RP reason to leave as I have withdrawn, and no thought somebody could enact my vision better than me. My vision here is strict. I have one which is different compared to previous offices. Also I am the last of the King Regions to hold the Delegacy, and no King Region so far has enacted my vision. This is my time and this time, I am actually prepared and grounded in all of my beliefs.

Not exactly my top priority and personally Im not supportive of it, but I am willing to allow civil politicial discussions in the Region for that can be beneficial to all of our governing strategies. But as somebody reading Adam Smith right now, Im not exactly pro Marx.

Like anything there is pros and cons and we should look at the pros of it and the pros of other ideologies

The best thing we could is to fix our act in the region first, which will make people less likely to Rage Quit, as well as being more approachable to voice any concerns you guys as the nations have. At the end of the day we can only make it so the region is better but as WA Delegate I can't stop someone from leaving.

Our region is interesting. We work best when we are all on an equal playing field. I withdrew from RP because I wasn't. I had an unhealthy amount of influence in the Region so there could be no fair determination. For starters I think we can use the current systems outlined in committees to quell most arguments. Also I would be happy to organize confrences when we discuss RP and what should be good and not and discuss strategies and their legitimacy openly. We also need to recognize when some RP is getting out of hand, pause it, and have a discussion with the proper channels of committee to quell tensions. Finally, if anyone does leave, it is the job of the Delegate as face of the Region to reach out to that person and discuss returning and what needs to be done. Unity is more important than anything, because we are only here because of unity.

I like how he says "multiple incidents recently" when the last incident before you was Pius D in May 2019 when he was impeached.
