Not trying to be anyone advocate, but didn't Owl said that many raiders used the same flag? Maybe they are in fact different people, it makes more sense since they can be discovered quickly if they use the same flag.

I study mostly government type systems, democracies, republics all that stuff to me personally I find more important than economics at times, I would put stuff like capitalism and socialism in their own genre or subgenre of politics.

Yeah but economy is a big part of politics. It's a materialistic world so I'd say it's pretty relevant to know and understand economy to fully understand a politic system, the history that led to their situation and other aspects.
