I usually say the same about my city (although not dry and hot but rather wet and cold) however this summer /and last two before/ are surprisingly good by length of heat and sun. Even the rain lasts for much shorter time now. Whatever it is, the summer is about to end so we're expecting months of unstoppable rain coming.

The weekend forecast is good, after a week of grey sky and rain it's gonna be quite sunny in entire city.

Speaking of sad things, I find it quite sad that most people don't know a thing about communism or socialism yet fight it because they see nazism and stalinism and treat it like those ideologies even thou the soviet union was never accually communist let alone socialism and nazism is just racism and nationalism with little to no socialism involved *Sigh*

If we give the poor people money they will no longer be poor and we wont have anyone to feel bad for

As the one living in the heart of [post]soviet realm I must agree about it all be something else than theoretical communism and stuff, however, the word "communism" is somewhat like a brand now (of USSR and China) while "socialism" gathered quite good reputation in Nordic countries. As for my opinion, they're doing quite good without implementing ideas of radical equality (like 'take all from the rich and give it to the poor' for instance).
