Here is the most famous example.

Hey, my favorite meme plane! The best part is that it's basically unflyable without a fly-by-wire system!

We need to bring it back.

Well why not prioritise a heap of high quality planes, instead of a small collection of super planes?

I raise you the tank-plane hybrid abomination of the soviets.

Still not worse than the Aero-Gavin. But that's barely a plane. The Su-47 is just funny because it's designed to be a plane and even looks the part, but can't fly without computer help. It's literally the "According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way that a bee should be able to fly;" quote but for planes.

What do you think is the most crackpot plane ever developed by the West. Like the plane you look at and go "what in the actual blazes were you on?" In your professional opinion.

Professional opinion? I'm no professional! XD

No, but in my opinion, it's probably the Dassault Mercure. It's basically the combination of a regional plane and medium-range aircraft, with the worst of both worlds. Not really bad, but just useless and kind of meh as a plane. Fairly safe, though.

Don't all flying wings also require computer help? Honestly a shift to things suddenly requiring computers to function seems to be a common theme in today's world - cars, phones, watches, etc. In fact, I think it is more impressive to look at things that have surprisingly little computing power, like the American Saturn V rocket that went to the Moon and back with less computing power than a modern handheld calculator (if I remember that piece of trivia correctly).

they were impressive pieces of tech, but look at where we are now! Just because something works fine, doesn't mean we shouldn't try to advance technology.

Yes and no. The early Northrup wings didn't have computers because when they were built, it was the 1940s and computers were new and the size of a small house. They also were really difficult to fly because they could stall or enter a flat spin easily. What's kind of forgotten about early computers (like those used in the first fly-by-wire systems and the Saturn V) is that they were really hyper-specialized and only performed a singular specific task like keeping a plane aerodynamically stable. So while they're pretty weak compared to something like a cellphone, they're way more redundant. Still really cool pieces of technology, even today.

Which is a strange perception, because while the yolks are higher in fats, calories, and carbs, they're also higher in 16 of the 19 vitamins and minerals that can be found in eggs. So I've always considered the yolks the healthy part
Regardless, I'm glad it's easy for you to get the part you aren't allergic to!

Interestingly, the article I'm reading also says that it's more common to be allergic to the whites than the yolks. Yet another way the SDNP is special!

Its literally a hyper expensive project that produced: A ugly little fighter that makes me want to vomit. Even Chinas F-35 clone looks prettier, I'd have taken that money to the X-32 instead.

Well it don't have to look pretty thats the point.

Garnishes cost extra I say

F-35 is a good fighter, it does the job, and there's already ~650 units.

I use it as Targets in RP, as it should be for my Mig-29s and YF-23s.

Firing targets, we put ai controlled versions of it to fly as moving target practice.
