The November 2021 Runestone is part of Balder's WA Expedition. It chronicles the achievements of those nations of Balder that win honors and artefacts by participating in the WA Expedition.
Looking at the newest WA resolution: Commend Sacara, it seems that commending him is very divisive solely on the basis that the resolution does not do him justice. In my opinion I believe that he barely crosses the line as commendable but should we be voting on the merit of Sacara in Nationstates or should we be voting on the resolution's lacklusterness?

Tbh, i've never paid much attention to the security council, i've never really understood what it means to be commended on an in-game level
I tend to vote on a mixture of things. Like of it's obvious that the person should be commended, I think they deserve a well written one. If I ever get commended, I would prefer a not half assed one. I guess I kind of do steps.
1. Is the person themselves commendable 2. Does the commend written show that to the highest level.
I think both are important. There was a player awhile back called Halo. While many hought he was commendable, the first one was not written well so people voted against it. Not because they didn't believe the player was not commendable, but because they believed he deserved a well written commend.

Looking at the endorsement limit book, Onder Kelkia has 127 endorsements, but the maximum that they can have is 120 endorsements. Does the limit (the 120 endorsements limit) no longer apply to them?
